Our environmental program ensures that we help preserve Indonesia’s forest resources by using ole rubber trees that are no longer productive. Working together with government agencies SPF helps to encourage the usages of sustainable plantation wood. Our plant machineries are purchased and installed in abidance to international environmental standards.
The company is active in establishing good relationship with surrounding communities such as the local rubber farmer and small plantation holders. This done through aid and incentives such as providing seeding for replanting old tress and outsourcing some work to the local population. The SPF’s social programs are reflection of the company’s social responsibility and participation in improving the welfare of the surrounding community and at the same time ensuring sustainable supply of wood resources
